Production & Shipping

Most items are made to order just for you! In house production times are typically within 2-4 business days (transit times not included). Any changes during busy or holiday seasons will be noted on our website. Business days are Monday through Friday, except holidays.

We ship everything from our North Carolina studio. Transit times via USPS are typically anywhere from 2-6 business days, longer times usually around the holidays.

Yes! Proofs are available upon request and may add an additional 2 business days to turnaround time. They will be sent to the email used on your order, keep an eye on your spam folder just in case!

Absolutely! At checkout there will be a spot to include a gift message for your recipient. We will print a special insert with your requested text at no extra charge! And no worries, we don't include printed invoices with any orders :)

All USA orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and comes with tracking. Typical transit times are 2-6 business days. Our shipping rates are based on order total after discounts:

Orders up to $15.00 - $4.50
$15.01-$25.00 - $5.00
$25.01-$50.00 - $6.50
over $50.00 - FREE

Please message us before you place your order if you need it by a specific date or need to upgrade the shipping to Priority, Express, Overnight, etc. Different rates/fees will apply and is order specific.

We are happy to ship to you anywhere in the world! However, shipping rates are unfortunately usually pretty high but we are happy to get you a quote! Please contact us with the details & qty of all items you'd like to purchase so we can accurately send you a shipping quote. You're under no obligation to purchase.

Order Changes & Returns

We know, we hate when that happens too! If you submitted an order with a typo or mistake, please reach out to us as soon as possible! Orders go into production pretty quickly so contact us right away & we will try our best to pull it and correct it before it's finalized. If you noticed an error after it has shipped, we will work with you to have it corrected and reshipped at a discounted rate.

Most items we offer are made to order, meaning they are personalized and/or customized. Because of the nature of our products, returns are not accepted on those items.

If you received an item damaged in shipping or we made an error, please reach out to us and we will work with you to ensure you receive what you ordered. We want you to love your purchase!

For custom paper goods, we can usually accommodate small changes to fonts or colors on existing designs. Reach out and we'll let you know if it's possible.

We know how much you love to gift our products & we're so happy you do! If you're purchasing notepads, we have an automatic discount setup to take off 10% of your order of 5 or more notepads! We also have an automatic discount on our vinyl decals which also takes off 10% on the purchase of 5 or more decals. (automatic coupons cannot be used with any other coupon codes for the same product)

And don't forget we offer free standard shipping on US orders over $50! Sweet!
